Trustlook Cloud SDKs

Stellar Antivirus uses TrustLook SDK to scan for viruses.

Trustlook CloudSDK provides Android malware detection services based on Trustlook NGSE cloud service. It collects application data but not other data for antivirus purpose:

CloudSDK DOES NOT collect any personal information from the mobile devices, including username, password, email address, address, telephone number, contacts, text messages, fingerprint, photos, and videos etc.

Device Data
CloudSDK DOES NOT collect any device information, including device name, manufacture, model, system version and device id etc.

CloudSDK collects the application data like package name, MD5 hash and signature information. CloudSDK uses them to determine if an application or APK file is a virus.

Trustlook will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Trustlook and its affiliated companies unless (a) expressly authorized by you, (b) necessary to enable Trustlook contractors or agents to perform certain functions for us, or (c) required or permitted by law. In all cases, we will disclose the information consistent with applicable laws and regulations and we will require the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the purpose it was provided.

Stellar eSIM

When you use Stellar eSIM, we process information you provide directly, such as your email address and checkout or order information, together with service data generated while we provide the eSIM. This may include the selected destination or data package, order identifier, payment method and payment status, eSIM provisioning and activation status, data usage or remaining balance, and technical identifiers such as an ICCID or other identifiers required by our connectivity providers.

We use this information to provide and provision the eSIM, complete and verify payments, display order and usage status, provide customer support, manage top-ups, prevent fraud and abuse, operate and secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for these purposes to service providers involved in delivering Stellar eSIM, including connectivity and eSIM providers, card and wallet payment processors, cryptocurrency payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, fraud and security providers, analytics providers where enabled, and customer-support providers. These providers are required to handle information for the applicable service purpose and protect it in accordance with applicable agreements and law. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Payment card details are processed by our payment providers. Stellar Security does not receive or store your full payment card number or card security code. For cryptocurrency payments, our payment processors may receive the information required to create and verify the payment, such as the order amount, currency, payment address or invoice identifier, and transaction status.

We do not sell personal data. eSIM and order records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, handle support, prevent fraud or abuse, meet legal, tax or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion in the app. You may also contact Stellar Security to request deletion or exercise applicable privacy rights. Some transaction or compliance records may need to be retained where required by law.

Stellar VPN

Stellar VPN adheres to a strict no-log VPN policy, ensuring that no records of your online activities are associated with your account, email, device, or IP address. Stellar VPN also allows to create a random account number which is not tied to any email address.

This commitment to user privacy means that unauthorized parties and cybercriminals cannot gain access to your private data. The following information is not logged during your VPN connection:

Connection times
Metadata
Downloads
Server usage
Data content
IP address

In addition to these obligations, we also ensure the confidentiality of your DNS queries. We do NOT store or keep logs of the DNS queries you send to ensure your privacy and security.

Qonversion SDK

Qonversion is a subscription management and analytics service provided by Qonversion Inc.. In-app purchases done through Google Play store for Stellar Antivirus, Stellar VPN and Stellar Protect is done through Qonversion SDK.
