StellarOS: The of Security
USB-data extraction + ADB commands
Stellar Phone recognizes any USB-data extraction. If enabled, StellarOS will wipe the phone instantly. It's the first OS with this mechanism integrated to its core. For additional security USB-data has been completely removed, the same with ADB-commands. This takes security to a new level.
Bruteforce-protection
Stellar Phone has brute-force protection, thanks to its dedicated Titan-chip. With StellarOS everything just gets better. On a 3rd failed attempt the phone will restart, using brute-force protection to delay any attacks. The phone then gets set into Before-First-Unlock mode on restart. The phone also has a limit of 21 failed password attempts. If reached the phone will wipe.
Easy App Downloads
Download any app you want anonymously via F-Droid, Aptoide, or Aurora Store. Prefer the Play Store? You can get that too. The choice is yours! It's your phone and everybody is different, so we dont lock you in, to use any specific app - use what you want to.
Automatic Wipe Feature + Remote Wipe
StellarOS has a default maximum of 21 failed password attempts. If reached the phone will wipe. The maximum attempts can not be turned off, but can be lowered to between 5 and 21 maximum attempts.

Integrates Stellar Protect
If StellarOS senses a drop, hard shake, or unauthorized USB connection, it will automatically restart and lock down after 1-2 hours. This sets your phone into Before-First-Unlock mode. Your data stays safe, even if your phone takes a tumble. Stellar Protect is deeply integrated to StellarOS this enhances the security and privacy for you.
Instant Wipe for Ultimate Security
If your phone is compromised, the wipe process initiates with StellarOS, leaving no chance for attackers to stop it. StellarOS doesn't restart when wiping starts, it happens instantly.

BFU/AFU Mode
BFU (Before-First-Unlock) and AFU (After First Unlock) modes are critical for your phone’s security. BFU-mode is a phone’s state, when it has never been unlocked with a password following a restart. In this state, the phone is more secure.
When your phone is not in your hand, we make sure it is in Before-First-Unlock mode.
StellarOS uses these modes to protect your data. If your phone falls to the ground, is shaken forcefully or loses all connection to signal, StellarOS will first lock your phone and then start an internal timer. After 1-2 hours your phone will restart in Before-First-Unlock mode: the most secure mode a phone can be in.
Strong Password Requirements
The key to your Stellar Phone is your password. We take this seriously in protecting you, your privacy, and your security.
We enforce strong passwords to keep your phone secure with a minimum of 7 characters. Fingerprint and face scanners are not allowed.
In keeping your password security tight, previously compromised passwords are not allowed. Password security checks happen directly within StellarOS and involve no other service providers. Your password is your peace of mind.
No Hardware Identifiers Access
Even privileged apps can’t read hardware identifiers like IMEI on StellarOS, keeping your information private. This info is only available for you.
Inactivity detection
StellarOS automatically restarts the phone if it hasn’t been unlocked for a long period of time. This sets it into Before-First-Unlock mode.
It is also possible to set the phone to delete after a preset number of days of it not being unlocked.
No Mobile Device Management (MDM)
We respect your privacy. StellarOS doesn’t include MDM, so we don’t store any information about your phone. Most importantly, we don’t have the database of any phones.
Always Up-to-Date
StellarOS is always updated to the latest firmware and Android releases, ensuring you have the newest features and security patches.
No System Logging
StellarOS has removed system logging, so there’s no record of which apps you’ve used and when, protecting your privacy.
