Connectivity, Routing and VPN Services provided by StellarSecurity.com Services for Mobile Devices may be accessed from all around the world, so it is your responsibility to assess whether using the Site, Apps, Software, or Services is in compliance with local laws and regulations. Whenever you use the Site, Apps, Software, or Services, you should comply with these terms and applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

You understand that it is your responsibility to keep your Connectivity, Routing and VPN Services provided by StellarSecurity.com account information confidential. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and take care of all activity under your private account. If you suspect or know that your account or related information has been lost, stolen or leaked without your authorization, just inform our customer service in order get support.

Users of the Connectivity, Routing and VPN Services provided by StellarSecurity.com mustn’t abuse the service and mustn’t misuse our Content or Services that covers any use, access, or interference with the Content or Services contrary to the terms or applicable laws and regulations.

In order to protect the Services from being misused or used to harm someone, Connectivity, Routing and VPN Services provided by StellarSecurity.com reserves the rights like taking appropriate measures in case of the services being used contrary to these terms and applicable laws. You agree that we may terminate accounts, without refund for service charges in case of critical issues or misuse of the service.

Personal information

Each service we offer requires different kind of personal information. Apps such as Stellar VPN does not require any personal information as it is possible to use the app with a generated account-number. We only have the info you share with us in terms of registration within our products.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for opened products or used products. Only if the product we sent was defect in first-place.

Digital eSIM delivery

Stellar eSIM products are digital products delivered electronically by email and/or through the order status page after successful payment. Delivery is considered completed when the eSIM QR code, activation code, installation details, APN information, or equivalent access details have been made available to the customer.

The customer is responsible for installing and activating the eSIM on a compatible, unlocked device. Failure to install, activate, scan, or use the eSIM after delivery does not mean that the product was not delivered.

eSIM packages may have activation windows, validity periods, coverage limitations, fair-use rules, and network availability conditions set by the underlying network operators or connectivity providers. Some devices may require manual APN configuration.

Immediate digital performance

By purchasing a digital eSIM, you request that Stellar begins digital delivery immediately after successful payment. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that the right to withdraw or cancel may be lost once the digital eSIM has been delivered, provisioned, or otherwise made available to you.

eSIM refunds and unused data

For digital eSIM products, refunds are generally not available once the eSIM has been delivered or provisioned, including cases where the customer does not install, activate, or use the eSIM, cancels their trip, purchases the wrong destination, or leaves data unused.

Unused data, unused validity, delayed travel, cancelled travel, accidental non-use, or failure to activate the eSIM are not refundable once the eSIM has been delivered, unless required by applicable law or unless Stellar confirms that the eSIM could not be provided or was technically unusable due to an issue attributable to Stellar.

Customers should check device compatibility, destination coverage, and package details before purchase. If a customer believes an eSIM was not delivered or cannot be used because of a technical issue attributable to Stellar, the customer must contact Stellar Support with relevant information such as order ID, screenshots, device model, destination, and troubleshooting details so we can investigate.

Return shipping

We provide 14 days return if the product is unused and unopened. We will cover shipping fees.

Shipping

We do shipping with different kind of vendors: UPS, DHL, FEDEX, GLS. Shipping time in Europe are 1-3 days. Outside Europe is around 5-7 days. We always use express-delivery.

Payment methods

Payment methods vary by product, platform, country, and availability. In the Stellar eSIM mobile app, supported methods include credit or debit card, Apple Pay where available, other supported wallet methods provided through our payment processor, and cryptocurrency. Supported cryptocurrencies currently include Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), and Monero (XMR). Some cryptocurrency options may require a minimum order amount. Our website may offer additional payment methods through our payment providers depending on country and availability. The payment methods shown at checkout are the methods available for that order. Cryptocurrency is accepted solely as a payment method for Stellar products and services; Stellar eSIM is not a cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, brokerage, investment, or money-transmission service.
